Synthetic Quantum Systems (SQS) @ IIT Madras
The Group of Synthetic Quantum Systems (SQS) is always looking for motivated members for working in the inter-disciplinary areas involving Quantum Many-Body Physics, Quantum Simulations, Condensed Matter Physics, and Quantum Information Science.

How many quantum physicists does it take to split a restaurant bill?
If you want to know the answer to the above question and are interested in joining the group to pursue your Ph.D., please get in touch by sending an email to titas.chanda [at] physics.iitm.ac.in, attaching your updated CV.
Ph.D. Candidates with CSIR/UGC NET JRF will be preferred.
We also encourage interested Postdoctoral Candidates to apply for a ANRF-National Post-Doctoral Fellowship with us. If you are interested, please get in touch via email to titas.chanda [at] physics.iitm.ac.in, attaching your updated CV.
ITM students interested in working with me on a project are encouraged to email their CV to my physics.iitm.ac.in address. Since I usually travel during summer and winter vacations, I do not offer project internships to students outside IITM.
